Fat distribution
I assess the abdomen, flanks, back, and any additional areas needed to avoid marked transitions or asymmetry.
REAL PATIENT RESULT · 360 LIPOSUCTION

PLANNING · PRECISION · FOLLOW-UPMY BODY-CONTOURING ASSESSMENT
I aim for a natural, continuous contour. Treatment intensity changes with your anatomy, skin quality, muscle mass, and goals.
I assess the abdomen, flanks, back, and any additional areas needed to avoid marked transitions or asymmetry.
Elasticity helps determine how much the skin may retract and whether BodyTite could offer a benefit.
With an established exercise routine and adequate muscle mass, greater definition may be considered without creating an artificial look.
I preserve an appropriate layer of fat beneath the skin to protect its blood supply and reduce contour irregularities.
SURGICAL PLANNING DECISIONS
The goal is a smooth, proportionate, and safe contour. I select the technique and cannula size that fit each area.
It includes the abdomen, flanks, and back. Additional areas may be treated when anatomy and safety allow.
Depending on the case, I use conventional or power-assisted liposuction, such as MicroAire.
When indicated, BodyTite may support skin retraction. It does not replace skin removal when laxity is significant.
I treat each area carefully and evenly to reduce contour irregularities and preserve natural transitions.
Fat may be transferred to the buttocks or hips, but it is not required. The case shown includes buttock augmentation.
Surgery lasts 4–5 hours. Regional anesthesia is administered and monitored by the anesthesiologist, and I prefer one overnight hospital stay.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The estimated quote is usually USD $4,500–$7,300. The final amount depends on the areas treated, complexity, operating time, and whether fat transfer is included.
It refers to treating the abdomen, flanks, and back together. Additional areas may be included when needed and safe.
No. It is body-contouring surgery and works best when weight is stable. It does not replace medical weight-loss treatment.
No. It is performed when the patient wants it and it can improve the contour. It may be omitted when it is not desired or there is already good gluteal volume.
Liposuction treats fat. A tummy tuck removes excess skin and allows muscle separation to be repaired when needed.
I usually place small drains in the back. A lower-back board is sometimes used. Compression timing and duration are adjusted to recovery.
Walking begins the next day. Office work usually resumes in 1–2 weeks, driving in 2–3 weeks, and strength training in 2–3 months.
Swelling may last up to a year, although improvement is usually clear by 6 months. I recommend staying in Guadalajara for 10–15 days.
